I purchased these boots for Duck hunting in out and around the Great Salt Lake marshes in Utah. I had tore a ligament in an ankle the last time I was out there in the other boots (not Nike). The terrain is difficult to maneuver, but not impossible. Before I went out for my trip, I was a concerned about how I might hold up with the Nike SFB boots, frankly I was worried that they would not offer enough support, but these boots were perfect. They were very light and comfy from right out of the box, and I did not have one problem running in them. But, honestly I was surprised at how well they held up after a couple of days of down right brutal treatment. These boots are a truly light tan colored, and were instantly covered all around in thick mud, soot and blood. (After I returned home from the trip I just sprayed them off with the hose and gave them a light scrub with a cloth and they were clean again just like that.) In fact, I was so pleased that I told my wife that I'd be ordering a pair for my 2 sons for next years trip. I can’t say enough about how these boots I know they would be ideal to hold up in Iraq, etc., but they are designed so well that I not hesitate to purchase them again and again even if they were not as long lasting as heavier boots.

I bought a pair of these boots around a month ago and I just plain love them. I took them right from the box and placed them straight on my feet! =) I could not believe I didn’t have to break them in at all. They really felt like my jogging shoes. I feel so wonderful wearing them. From here on out this is the only footwear I will be using at Work!

Wow! I just purchased these shoes for a long weekend of paintball and they out performed any boot I had ever worn. Normally my feet fit shoes that run about a true half a size small but I ordered the size 12. They fit great and did not need a breaking in. They are very light on the feet and flexible. Very soft and comfortable! I recommend these boots as every day shoes!
